Hi all,

I'm installing two gas insta hot outdoors with the vent kit. It is a Navien NPE-240A2.

Here are the clearances from the manual. The water heaters are 3" apart from each other and the vertical distance to a ventilated eave is 3 feet. The eve extend 12" in width. Is this ok?
I'm not sure I understand letter "D" fully.

K is "Clearance to mechanical air supply inlet" and that 3' (in USA) is what applies.
On the outdoor cap, the inlet is on the left and the exhaust is centered.
So, 3" apart wouldn't work unless you run one vent up through the roof to terminate.
