I jump R and W, everything will run fine. But I try the same process again 1 minute later and I get a blower motor error. Its a 2 stage furnace with a Ecm motor. So I jump R and G. And the fan still wont come on. If I wait a few days this all repeats.
Do Weak Ecm's slowly charge over time?
Does jumping R and G bypass the Ecm?

Power to the motor is there or not but it's signal to run and how fast comes from a control board. That signal maybe coming out of the board and the motors control is bad. Has to be diagnosed. Ecm motors are very expensive and need someone that might need special tools to diagnose the problem. Their not like a simple furnace with a split capacitor motor.
