Espanyol play host to Cadiz at their RCDE Stadium in the last match of day 9. Los Periquitos did well to beat star-studded Real Madrid before the international break, with the team climbing to 13th place in the standings. The Catalan outfit aim to keep on climbing the table, and they are likely to go for a win in Monday’s football match.

As always, a man to watch in the home team will be Raul de Tomas, who found the net in the last league game, while all Miguelon, Fernando Calero, Javi Puado, and Yangel Herrera are out of contention with injuries. The Yellow Submarine, on the other hand, aim to put an end to their three-game winless run, but seeing that Espanyol are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed. Both Jose Mari and Jon Ander Garrido are out of contention for the visitors.

This Espanyol vs Cadiz match will be played on 18/10/2021 at 21:00

Prediction:
2-1
