Is it possible to replace a faucet drain assembly (pop-up) (and forgive me if my terminology isn't correct...housewife with no experience in plumbing on a pedestal sink WITHOUT taking the sink/base/any part of sink off of the wall? I'm updating our hall bath and was able to replace the old brass faucet with a new ORB faucet and the matching drain and drain assembly that comes with the faucet....well i'm having issues trying to figure out HOW I get up in the back to replace that? I really don't want to pull the sink off the wall....like a dummy I just recaulked it when we painted and I wanted to see if there's anyway to NOT pull off before I go about ripping it from the wall.
Thanks!!
