I am installing a brass wall mount sink and sink and discharge are on center but only 4“ apart horizontal, vertical I have 9to ten inches.
the pipes a all visible I am having trouble getting it to line up and look good. It is a under the stairs bathroom.A sink and toilet only and the walls have been plastered so moving anything is not an option. Can anyone save this project?

First you need to comunicate better sounds like the rough in is screwed up and you need to open a wall and fix it

Generally, a badly conceived rough is fubar. Time to face the boob who is responsible for it and have them do it right.
Pictures may reveal possibilities.
