    Kitchen water supply from basement water manifold valve question

    Hi, My kitchen tap seems to act like it has air in the line. No other taps have this issue. It spurts sometimes at startup. Anyway, when I go down to the water manifold and look I have the cold water 1/2 pex going into some sort of valve and then continuing on up to the kitchen and another...
