    Fleck 1500 draws great, not refilling

    rebuilt this 1500 with new seal kit, piston, brine stem and seal, and new distributor tube. unit isn't plumbed in backwards. pictures show unit in service position. why is it drawing brine during refill (during 2nd set of spaces)? Wrong cams? cams installed incorreectly? microswitch...
