Hello,
I would appreciate if you could please provide some assistance is verifying and helping me fine tune the Fleck 5810 SXT water softener I have installed. Last time I checked my water softener, I noticed that not much brine was filled (very low) and the water wasn't getting softened enough and the salt level didn't go down that much in the last month or so. The initial issue was salt-bridging and I took care of that and did a force brine fill and a regen afterwards (a day after the brine fill). Now the water is well softened but again when I look at the brine level (for next regen in 14 days), it seems pretty low. So, I would appreciate some assistance from this forum.
The following are the parameters and current settings, so please let me know if you need further information.

4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) + 1 occasional guest
3 bathrooms
Hardness measured = 9-10 GPG
pH = 7
Iron = 0

Fleck 5810 SXT system
1.5 CU FT tank ( I think it's a 48K grain)
DLFC = 0.25 GPM

Current settings:

1. Display Format (Display Code DF):

DF [GAL] – U.S. Gallons

2. Valve Type (Display Code VT):

VT [5810] – Fleck 5810 SXT

3. Regenerant Flow (Display Code RF):

RF [df2b] – Standard Downflow Double Backwash

4. Control Type (Display Code CT):

CT [Fd] – Meter(Flow) Delayed

5. Unit Capacity (Display Code C):

C [32] – x1000 grains

6. Feed Water Hardness (Display Code H):

H [11] – in grains per gallon

7. Reserve Selection (Display Code RS):

RS [rc] – Fixed Reserve Capacity

9. Fixed Reserve Capacity (Display Code RC):

RC [200]

10. Day Override (Display Code DO):

DO [14] – Regeneration override at 14 days if the water isn’t consumed

11. Regeneration Time (Display Code RT):

RT [2:00] – Implies 2:00 AM regeneration

12. Regeneration Cycle Step Times

BD [60] – Brine Draw for 60 minutes

BF [14] – Brine Fill for 14 minutes

BD1 [5]

BD2 [4]

RR [6] – Rapid Rinse for 6 minutes

15. Flow Meter Type (Display Code FM):

FM [t1.2] – 1.25” Turbine Meter

Your numbers are reasonable for a 0.25 BLFC. You might check that the BLFC button is really a 0.250 (marked 25) rather than a 0.125 (marked 123).

System info (not programmed)
salt lb/cuft : 7 ; A choice ( efficiency vs capacity)
BLFC : 0.25 ; Brine Refill rate GPM
cubic ft resin : 1.5 ; Same as (nominal grains/32,000)
Raw hardness : 10.0 ; including iron etc
Estimated gal/day
200.0 ; 60 gal per person typical calc
Est days/regen
15.5 ; presuming days each use reserve capacity

Fleck 5810SXT SPECIAL Settings:
DF = Gal ; Units
VT = 5810.0 ; Valve type
RF = dF2b ; Downflow, Double Backwash
CT = Fd ; Meter Delayed regen trigger
C = 33.1 ; capacity in 1000 grains
H = 11 ; Hardness grains after comp factor
RS = rc ; rc says use gallons vs percent
RC = 200 ; Reserve capacity gallons
DO = 30 ; Day Override (typ 28 if no iron/Mn)
RT = 3:00 ; Regen time (default 2 AM)
B1 = 6 ; Backwash 1 (minutes) [3...10]
Bd = 70 ; Brine draw minutes
B2 = 4 ; Backwash 2 (minutes)[3...10]
RR = 6 ; Rapid Rinse minutes [5...10]
BF = 14 ; Brine fill minutes
FM = t1.2 (usual) ; t1.2 is default flow meter
=========================================
BLFC = 0.25
cubic ft resin = 1.5
Here are alternative choices for C and BF:
lb/cuft ; C= ; BF=
6.000 ; 30.0 ; 12
6.500 ; 31.5 ; 13
7.000 ; 33.1 ; 14 (used in numbers above)
7.500 ; 34.6 ; 15
8.000 ; 36.0 ; 16
8.500 ; 37.3 ; 17

Thanks for your prompt response!
I will confirm the BLFC gpm once I am home today. So, I have couple of questions from your recommendation. Wouldn't the 'DO' setting of 30 be too long (go stale) if unused?
Also, is the BF of 14 minutes adequate (to attain 0 hardness) in my case or should I go with '8.000 ; 36.0 ; 16'? Which one would you suggest?

No. The water is being replaced continually. The reason for shorter would be iron.

Small difference, but yes, the 16 minutes is a little silkier. Go for it. It is easy enough to change to use a tad less salt later if you feel like it.

Yes, so I confirmed that it appears the BLFC is 0.25 GPM as per the label (pic attached below). Again, thank you for the assistance and much appreciated!
Best regards!
