    Old Crane overflow cover & lever, how to remove?

    Cannot figure out how to remove this cover (to access / repair mechanism behind; drain is getting slower & slower, though far from critical). The hole in the side of the lever seem to access where a lockscrew would be, but there does not appear to be a screw there-- it's just another round...
