    Thanks for the quick response. So just do my best to pull it out then? You have the threaded keeper and then it should pull out. It can be hard.

    Hello, I'm trying to repair a leaking shower faucet. I think I've identified the correct one. I ordered part 36011 to replace but I cant seem to get the cartridge out. I've removed the handle, then the threaded metal piece and thats are far as I have gotten. The cartridge that is in place...
