    TKO closet flange

    I messed up and glued a TKO into a 4" pipe, when there was still a small bit of pipe out of the slab. Its up a half inch off the concrete. Do they make a TKO flange that I can glue into a 3" hub? I want to cut it flush off and insert a new one if that is possible. Or am I jack hammering?
