Thank for the advice .. removed the hot water from between heater and inlet to wall .. connected hose and back flushed house again .. plus ran water in from spicket outside .... never did see anything come out .. but full pressure throughout house now ...

Going to keep back flowing from all sinks into Hot water heater while being drained from hose to outside ... hopefully what ever it is will dislodge ..If not i guess im screwed ... Even the plumber friend i know said WOW thats weird . Does anyone think a Air compressor hooked up to the hot side...

Came home to Fine just a trickle of water from the Hot side of the Kitchen sink. Same in the Guest bath sink and shower. Master Bath has Full strength Hot water even seems to a bit stronger than Normal. I tried to do a back flow from Kitchen sink Blocking off the aerator at the kitchen...
