Which wax ring to use?

I'm mounting a floor mount, back outlet toilet and I'm conflicted by which type of wax ring to use. The manufacturer's instructions seem to call for a plain wax ring, but I read a post on the forum saying that a plain wax ring could sag over time in a back outlet install. The big box store also sells a #3 reinforced wax ring with a plastic funnel on it. The box says it's for back outlet toilets. I've read here about problems with the ring that has the plastic funnel (perhaps I can cut the funnel off?), so I hesitate to use it.

Should I go with either of these options or is there another type or ring I should be using?

If the box says it will work, then it should be fine.
I use the wax with horn with success.
The wax that is rated for wall outlet normally uses Urethane sponge .

You can also buy foam rubber seals for wall outlets.

For what it's worth, I installed one of those big box store
rings with the black plastic funnel when I replaced my old
toilet with a Toto almost a year ago . Has worked perfect.
No leaks, etc.

ring

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. NOT EVERY wax ring with a funnel causes problems, just enough of them so most professionals do not wish to take the chance.
