I'm building a new house in GA with structural insulated panels or SIPS for short.

The walls & roof panels are solid EPS foam with OSB skins, so there is no outer wall cavity to run PVC vents in most of the design.

Can studor vents be used through out the house?
Someone said yes but at least one needs to go thru the roof.

Depending on local code, yes.
You need at least one vent through the roof. Much of the time you can find ways to put plumbing vents on interior walls though.

A single AAV can handle a bathroom, assuming it's plumbed for that. It will need access both for incoming air and for replacement.

Here is an in-wall kit for housing the AAV in a wall.
