Customer has a couple of drippy Delta shower valves. They are around 15 yo or so. They have integral shutoffs. The cartridge is accessed by removing a large hex nut, rather than the slick bonnet nut that I'm used to. The cartridge doesn't match the Pillsbury doughboy two-legged things on the rack at HD. It is a two-piece job with no spring and washer serviceability as do the others. The existing handles look like after-market parts, so that's not helpful, though they work well.
Any information, advice, or career counseling would be appreciated.
