Toto UltraMax MS853113S to use with the 14" Unifit Adapter, No, not compatible

    Hi Terry,

    I'm interested in the Toto UltraMax Toilet # MS853113s to install in an extremely small and narrow bathroom that has a 14" rough-in. The length of this toilet (the round version) is one of the smallest I have found

    Can you assure me that the 14" Unifit adapter can be used with this 12" rough-in toilet? I need to place this toilet as close to the wall as possible. And the 14" Unifit adapter is the perfect choice to reclaim precious inches.

    The Ultramax doesn not work with a Unifit adapter.
    The Ultramax has a build in trapway in the bowl.

    You will need to order the Carlyle if you want a one-piece that can use the unifit.
