Help with Vent

First time DIYer here. I am finishing my basement and ready to start on the plumbing. The home was built in 2018 with the rough-in already installed. It also has an AAV installed next to a floor drain and my main vent stack. Is that enough for venting or do I need to tie into the vent stack? Any recommendations on the best way to approach this? See the picture for my layout.
