Trying to figure out a layout that works for this rough in. The 3" ties into the existing 1st floor full bathroom above. There is a capped 2" pipe in the 1st floor (basement ceiling) for my vent stack? Would like to install a full bath but not sure how what exactly the builder had going on here.
