Help identifying vacuum breaker with weird thread

This was part of my hosebib, circa 2005. Seal failed and I had to cut off the vacuum breaker due to it having been crimped on. Thread OD is as shown, around 1-1/8 or 1-3/16" and threads finer than 16. Nobody at any DIY can identify this.

Can anyone lend any assistance?

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
