OK.. Do you bring up much sand now? That has to be hard on a pump.

Usually you would like a pump to take a minute or more to fill the expansion tank. 45 seconds is not terrible. Your tank could be a little smaller than recommended. It would probably be a good idea to adjust the "precharge" if you have not done that lately. To do that, turn off the pump. Turn on a faucet to drop the water pressure to near zero. Check the pressure with a tire gauge, and change the air pressure to 38 (40-2=38) PSI with a tire pump if needed. That will get the best use out of your pressure tank.

If your well is filling with sand, maybe they can wash that out during the next pump swap. One of the drillers may have a suggestion.

If it is the motor and the pump is good, it looks like the motor is available.
