Coway BA13 or Toto TFC4711?

Hello:

What is better , Toto TFC4711 or Coway BA13 ?. I have to pick one morning at the store and I have little doubt which is the better buy between these two.

I have never heard of the Coway brand. On the other hand, Toto is the largest toilet manufacturer in the world. Now, which one do you think would be the best choice?

These are both Bidet seats.

Terry, any experience with Coway? They do sell them in the US.

I have not seen the Coway.
The TOTO number doesn't pull up for the US market though.

Yeah, all the pictures appear to have Japanese characters next to them.
