Add Bio-Clean before or after septic tank fills?

I'm wondering if it might be better to add it before the tank fills? I have one 300' drain line that snakes all around the backyard and the only access would be the outlet pipe in the tank. Would I pour it into the pipe and wash it down with water from a hose? Or just pour it in without water? The tank was pumped four days ago.

Mix with warm water and pour it down a drain in the home. It will get there.
The warm water activates it.
