Never done any plumbing and looking for some guidance on my first DIY plumbing project. Putting a new bathroom in my attached garage bonus room on the second floor. Attached is a plan view and a cross section for how I think the drain rough in might be done. I have the sink drain attaching directly to the vertical stack with a sanitary reducing tee(2"x2"x1-1/2") and I'm wondering if I can use the 2" sink drain line as as vent line for the toilet or do I need to run another vent line from a location between the toilet and 3"x 2" wye to the 2" sink vent and connect it above the sink level? It seems like I want a cleanout at the end of the 2" line and also on the 1st floor after the vertical transitions to horizontal. Can the toilet function as a cleanout point for the 3" waste line or does that need it's own cleanout? Also, if I can use the sink drain as a vent, do I connect to the 3" toilet line with a wye rolled up (as shown) or with a T that has the 2" line entering the 3" on top of the 3" pipe? Thank you for any help anyone can offer.
