Hello, I'm struggling to lower the pressure on my boiler. It's currently stuck at 3.5 bar. The external pipe is constantly leaking water. I've bleed the radiators but nothing seems to have happened.

There are 2 red valves on the left which are currently set to open. I've never touched these. The boiler was serviced 5 months ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What is the height of the highest radiator from the lowest piping. Take couple of pictures of boiler, pump and expansion tank . Expansion relief device pressure? Couldn't find any info in the.install manual.

Thanks for the reply. I've fixed it. Turns out the engineer didn't close off the release valve!

It is like there might be an issue with the pressure relief valve or the filling loop. It's best to contact a qualified technician to inspect and resolve the problem to ensure the safety and efficiency of your boiler check more by squishmallows.
