Trap access over slab?

I am adding a shower in my basement - over the concrete floor. The drain will run over the slab and under a raised subfloor to the main stack, and that gives me adequate height to use a standard P-trap under the shower. But I am a bit concerned that once the one-piece shower unit is in place, there will be no easy way to access the trap (without tearing out the entire unit)

What is the recommended practice here? Can the shower connect to a "remote" (say 2' away) trap located in a more accessible location? I know it is unlikely for the trap to need service, but if possible, I like to consider worst-case scenarios. Thanks for any insight

Most shower traps 2" are not accessible.
If the trap is located directly under the shower drain it is very easy to either snake 1/4" cable or use a General or other brand of RAM JET *compressed air

Start off normally with 5 PSI and increase as needed NOT GOOD FOR PLASTIC WASTE LINES

Why would you want access to the trap? If you put it straight down the access is from the shower drain hole. If you wanted access to the Trap arm, which would be the segment of piping after the Trap then you can put a clean out in it in the wall.
