My average monthly bill is 3000 gals. I live alone, go not garden, water my lawn and rarely wash my car at home. But when my bill jumped to 9000 gals, I started noting the meter readings. And it goes forward and backward and I have noted that at times it has the exact reading on different dates a month apart. So how do I know or prove I use or used an extremely larger amount than normal.
