Long sweep combo wye with sanitee(for 2" vent) and toilet flange. 3" drain pipe. In Colorado.

Is the side outlet for venting?

Looks ok to me.

Maybe not. A back up could clog the vent pipe. This is wye that would be needed. I'm not a plumber, however, generally you do not want waste to get into the vent system, however, Sylvan is a life time plumber.
