Connecting a portable washing machine and a bidet at the same time.

Hi I've purchased a Comfee portable washing machine, a 3/4" 12 feet washer hose (could be wrong size, I'm a noob), and I'm trying to hook it up an already existing Toto S350e installation. How on Earth do I do that? Do 4 way splitters exist, or do I have to put another t-adapter on this one?
