Camplux water heater

I have a Camplux 16L (4.22 gal/min) water heater. I am looking to mount it inside a vinyl outdoor shower. Since, the hot exhaust comes out the top. How close can I mount to the right side wall (vinyl) ? Is 2 inches enough for air entrainment on the side vent?

The manufacturer of the water heater writes the clearance dimensions. You'll have to look it up online if you don't have the install manual.
