    Correct element?

    Have a 38 gallon water heater tank connected to a 30 amp breaker with 10 gauge wire. I went to change the elements and found that they were 3500 208 which I didn't expect. I was planning to put in 4500 240 but now I'm second guessing myself and wondering if I should stick with the original...
