    Toilet flange help

    We are adding a bathroom to our basement that is being finished. The drains for toilet and shower were already in. Although the toilet flange is buried in cement. I've attached a picture of the issue. How can I correct this without breaking out the concrete? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
