    Hello and HELP! I changed a water heater and the 1300 delta t/s valve is now running less than 50% of the normal flow. I pulled the cartridge (it was severely stuck/seized) and installed a new cartridge (the 'grey' unit), and nothing changed. I pulled that out, flushed the lines into a bucket...
