Why won't this connection stop leaking?

I think you guys are referring to the visible silver solder that is globbed on the joint (looks like glue) I did use flux and heated both the fitting and pipe well. I held the torch on one side and applied solder to the other (didn’t apply solder directly into the flame). So the joint was hot...

Why won't this connection stop leaking?

Yes used flux and soldered properly. They’re just a little messy. I didn’t wipe them with a wet rag etc. Just soldered them up good & tight & messy

Why won't this connection stop leaking?

Why won't this connection stop leaking?

SOLVED! First of all THANKS everyone for your help! Disconnected the male fitting, cleaned it well, applied 6 turns of pink Oatey tape in a clockwise direction, then a dab of Megaloc. That pink tape is very thick compared to the usual, but wow is it ever great! Wasn't sure 6 turns of pink...

"Best" way to plumb an outdoor shower AND garden hose

I think I understand what you're saying, but let me clarify something... You are saying I should Tee of inside the house, then just put on the sillcock as usual. So from that tee inside the house, you're suggesting I then run the pex down the wall and through the wall at the bottom? Then once...
