I would try eliminating the check valve at the well and retest. Is the horizontal run of the system level or does that climb? Have you ever hooked the pump up at the well to see if it is capable of working?
I drove a new 2 inch well with a 2 inch galvanized casing and point. Should I simply reduce this to 1 1/4 at the pump with a check valve for a direct connection or do I need to install a 1 1/4 drop pipe down the well?
