    Fair price to replumb entire house?

    We just had a $3500 quote to replumb our 1927, pier and beam, 2bdrm, 1bath, 1330 sf house. Is that a good price? He is also throwing in a hot water heater for the washer we will put into the garage (we are having him put water out there). We are in Texas. Please! I have NO idea! :) :p...
