    Shower cartridge removal

    Hi, I am trying to remove the on/off shower cartridge but can’t seem to remove the brass casing. There are 2 small holes which I assume is where I can release the part but I can’t work out how to loosen it. Any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know if this simply twists off. Does...
