mfg is Delta, model is Leland....it is discontinued with two different generations. you need to id your generation and then purchase a new stem. The circled wye connector is a good way to id which generation you have. Either you have it or you dont. Good Luck

    Grohe Valve Modes

Yes A & C can be pressed together. Just so your aware The flow rate will drop when multiple items are in operation. ie 9.5gpm when all three are pressed. Also Port A has the highest GPM so maybe do the body sprays on this one since you are driving two heads on this one port. Good Luck

Kohler Tub Spout with Rear Thread Install

It is possible, even likely that the plumber sweat a male adapter to the end of a copper stub out and screwed it into the drop ear 90 in the wall. Its done this way so either a screw on or compression style spout can be used. Did you try unscrewing that copper pipe? If you dont feel comfortable...

Is "Adia" a shower valve manufacturer?

Dornbracht made a line called Adia.. The hot and cold stems are very similar and inter changeable with Grohe. I don't know if the diverter stem is inter changeable.

What issues does an upside down shower hose elbow present?

Hmmm, Doesn't look Grohe to me? Maybe brand doesn't matter... Im guessing... just like when installing a tub spout...the installer screwed it to the wall and reached maximum tightness and didn't want to risk another turn to make it point down.

Royal Brass stem and/or valve replacement ID

Your Brand is Mixet. The spline on the stem is from models made in 1967 and earlier. The spline has been replaced with two flats so your trim will need to be changed out also.

New Handle required for this trim kit. Anybody know where I can find a handle, or a new trim kit for this specific valve.

Some of your parts remind me of Rohl But I don't recognize the trim. Maybe contact Rohl customer service and see if they recognize your handle and trim. Good Luck.
