Properly tighten black steel gas piping

Good job bud! I am just a novice but I would add a drip leg weather code or not. I always do for piece of mind. One little spec of rust dirt etc. Can clog the small ports in dryer...gas valves....etc . But i go over kill on everything.

    Katalox Oxydes-P

Just my thought. using the brine line is getting a good soak all the way through it. Mix in two 5 gallon buckets and draw it through slowly. Just thinking out loud. It would be more effective me thinks....I am no pro though! As for air bubbles there should be some from the unit if it is...

    Katalox Oxydes-P

Just wondering where you located this Oxydes -p I would like to know what it is and where to get it? As far as getting into vessel that is easy. Just make up brine line and suck it into the spot where your air check valve is. I just bought a separate elbow and 3/8 line to use for this purpose.

Clack 4 button programming (Katlox backwashing filter AIO)

Hello Folks, I have a clack ws1 on my Katalox. It is a 4 button. I would love to have it work differently. I would like to have the Filter work as following. Back wash then rinse then air draw. Is this possible? If so how do I program it?

    Katalox + Clack + Ozone = success!

Hey folks, I am going to soak the Katalox for 12 hrs with a few OZs of bleach to sanitize. This is 1.5 cubic foot tank 10x54. Put in a DLFC of 6.5 (Think that is the smallest I have) Backwash for 1/2 hr. Rinse for 1/2 hr. Then put in my 9 or 10 DLFC that I have been using, see how it goes...
