Here's where i'm at now, in Nov.2017
I'm in such trouble. I'm a shrimpy spinster, with my old house rotting around me, as is my physique (scoliosis, severe varicose and way more. And them doctors ain't into the healing, rather the talking and the raking-in of you-know-what).

Back to the house - It's this huge property, always having to worry about humongous amounts of leaves, snow, and grass. Never a break. And now my 1950s window exterior has rotted at the side of the house where my bedroom is. I'm terrified of mold developing over the next few months.

Insofar as the leaves, i've decided to buy my own leafblower, so as not to be dependent on outsiders, who've proven transient recently. And I spoke to an electrician a few hours ago, who said he may show up to install a heavy-duty electric outlet on the side-porch, from which I'd hopefully be able to extend the 100' Coleman cable.

Still waiting for his call. I wish I could just escape from my circumstances and move to a simple, one b.r. apt, maximum one flight up. Easier said than done, believe me. You ain't seen nothin' yet.
