    I live in Clio but have land in Ogemaw county where flows are common. Next to the stream you can slowly push a four inch pipe slowly and over a period of time into the soft sand and it will clean itself out from spring flow. Only seven or eight feet deep and not a great flow but enough to help...

    flowing well handbook I could not pull it up but I think I read about the same problem in a Michigan government site. Try Rose city Michigan leaking well and see if you find Flowing Well Handbook heading.
