It's a 1 inch stainless Merrell. It looks like most of the adapters out there. And the drop pipe is 1" Polly pipe.
I made up the puller t handle already
I was going to remove this pipe. It is pretty crusty . It's only 5 feet so I don't think it Will affect it much. But yes the pitless is only a few inches above the old casing.
I'm working on a well at my property that was in a pit and buried. I dug it out and brought it up above grade with a pitless adapter.
My question is there is a nasty piece of rusty pipe at the top of the poly pipe that I was going to cut off and use a nipple to hook up to the pitless adapter...
they should start to warm up within a few min, the time it takes to pump the hot water thru the cold pipe there could be air trapped of a blocked valve somewhere
I let mine descale overnight.
But it will turn off and on if someone open and closes a faucet so I put a mini heater buffer tank with recirculation and with an expansion tank. Now there are no cold water sandwiches
my bedrooms barely reach the setpoint but there is a constant flow of heat so it is very comfortable
I have my ramp setting at 40 going up to 70 at slot #6
the inlet and outlet should be marked on the boiler and the pumps have arrows on the casting for flow direction.
without a picture its hard to say, but you may have to cut a pipe to replace it
