Need help identify faucet brand

Hi, I am trying to remove the faucet handle without any luck. There are no set screws and I am unable to remove what I thought may be caps on the top of the handles. Does anyone know the brand and how to remove the handles? I believe this was installed in the mid 2000's. Thank you so much for...
