Toilet, shower and sink on a single vent/soil stack

IMG_8527.jpegIMG_8526.jpegHey folks. New member here. I’m renovating a 1940’s home that has a single cast iron vent/soil pipe. The original closet bend had 2 threaded inlets on a 45 degree angle that picked up the tub and sink. I’m trying to recreate this in PVC but cannot figure out a way that meets code without running additional vent lines through the roof, which I’m trying to avoid.

See images below. Any help would be appreciated.
