Symmons Temptrol trim replacement

We own a condo that was built in 2002.. The bathroom is getting remodeled and we would like to place the tarnished chrome trim with a bronze trim from Symmons in our stand up shower (no tub) .. I would like to know if I can purchase a trim like this one at Home Depot:
Or our we out of luck? I have attached a few photo of what was behind the old assembly. Thank you ahead of time!

So are you saying any bronze trim will work with this older diverter in the wall?

Yes as long as it's designed for the Temptrol valve
