Hello,
I am in need of help trying to identify the tub overflow that I have. After removing the chrome cover, which had no screws, there is a large plastic insert that screws into the drain. There is no provision for the typical single or twin screw for the overflow cover, which is typical. This is a different critter entirely.

I'm including some pictures which I hope are accessible to everyone. I really appreciate any help that anyone can shed on the manufacturer, etc. of this drain overflow. Thank you.

Hi were you ever able to find out some information on this? I have the same setup and unfortunately the black insert broke and now I have no way of fixing the overflow.

Thanks
