I am currently re plumbing my shower to have another shower head that will be controlled seperately from the other. Think 2 totally seperate showers 6 feet apart. One rainshower, one hand held lower flow. My question is:
I have 3/4†water lines and was curious what the best option to get the best pressure at both heads would be. The intent is to use both at the same time if needed.
Option #1- Install ¾†pressure balancing valves for the temp control at each shower head.
Option #2- Drop to a ½†line near the valve and put in ½†pressure balancing valves at each shower head.
Option #3- Install a combination of ½†and ¾†valves to account for loss in pressure? ( this one is a total guess )
Option #4- ANY IDEAS are welcome!
