My E*1* (inside the house) sewage pump grinder kicks on at alarm level most of the time and only sometimes when it should, at high level. I've noticed that when it turns on with out alarming there is very little backflow. When it kicks on at alarm level, it seems to drain the majority of what it pumped out back to the basin. I've replaced the backflow check and snaked the vent. The alarms all started when I realized that my brother/non-paying tenant had been taking "bath-showers..." I plunged the hell out of the slow clogged shower drain and boom, alarms every day
