Plumber installed a waste run for my new kitchen sink. Left two stub-outs up through the floor and said one was for waste and the other was a clean out but now I can’t get a hold of him to remind me how he said to finish the hook-up.

Under the floor is the Ptrap and the other stub out connects down line of the trap so I know which is the waste and which is the clean out. Just can’t remember how he said to connect everything under the sink.

Double sink with a dishwasher.

Tried attaching pictures but file size is too big.

In the USA where most of us are located, p-traps must be in the cabinet. Min kitchen drain per UPC is 2".
Are you sure the trap is underfloor?

The pipe on the right is a vent, rather than a cleanout.

You could put an AAV on , or connect to a roof vent pipe.

I think Ontario wants the AAV to be at least 6 inches above the flood level of the sink. In the US, places that allow AAVs don't require that.

Also some place in Texas, where they can be used for kitchen islands. Seems reasonable to me.
