Need help finding rebuilld kit.

Hey all, I had to destroy my sleeve and handle trying to get it off to replace the cartridge and I am having a hard time finding the replacment parts to rebuild it. It's an Aquasource handle was wondering if anyone had any ideas of where I could get a replcement sleeve and handle. If anyone had any ideas of what I can do without having to replace the whole rough in that would be appreciated. Pictures below, thanks.

never seen those I think aquasourece is a home depot line ive used almost none of that or the glaciar bay check with them
