Can you identify these fixtures and will I have to replace valve to update them?

do they make upgraded fixtures that can be used with same valve? this single knob has to be pulled for water on. at big box store I didn't see any that did that.

The old Moen 2600 Chateau

It takes either the 1200 or the 1225 cartridge.

This trim works on that valve.

With the Moen 145058 you can convert the trim to Moentrol. There is a lot to chose from in that model.

Thanks for the help. I wanted to go with polished nichol so I replaced the valve. great site will visit again.
